Prosecco DOC is produced solely from Glera grapes grown in the hills of the Treviso province at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level. The fermentation process lasts for 30 days in stainless steel tanks, where the wine is kept until it reaches the desired level of effervescence. It is then filtered and bottled. This sparkling wine falls into the Brut category, with a residual sugar content of 10 grams per litre. It exhibits persistent bubbles and a fine mousse. The aromas are intense, with fruity notes. The harmonious and elegant character is what distinguishes Brut sparkling wines.

A slightly sparkling white wine, natural, unfiltered, and re-fermented in the bottle once a year during the Easter period.
It has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma reveals hints of bread crust and a subtle scent of apple with citrus notes. On the palate, it is a dry, complex, and pleasant wine with elegant yeast aromas and typical fruit. It has a slight saltiness and a pronounced mineral finish. It can be enjoyed clear, allowing the sediment to settle, or cloudy by gently shaking the bottle for a bolder taste.

 

Italian Rosé Wine

Pet Nat Rosé Nude 2021 – Zanotto

This ancestral rosé wine is a blend of white (Glera) and red grapes (Merlot). Re-fermented in the bottle and unfiltered, it is elegant, flavourful, and well-structured. The taste resembles freshly squeezed grapes with hints of peaches. On the palate, the fragrance is persistent and balanced, with aromas of ripe fruit. It can be enjoyed clear, leaving the sediments at the bottom, or by gently swirling the bottle to enhance the intensity of the aromas.
