Sangiovese 100% from a clayey soil vineyard in the centre of the Italy. After a soft press of the grapes the must goes into the stainless steel tanks for fermentation. When the fermentation is finished the wine will be kept for 6 month in stainless steel thanks. The result is an harmonious, unique and elegant wine with an intense hint of red fruit.
