Sauvignon Blanc is a light white wine that is exceptionally fresh and fruity. It offers a well-balanced combination of flavours and acidity. This easy-drinking wine pairs well with simple dishes and is perfect as an aperitif.
’Quebrada de las Flechas’ is located at 2,200 m above sea level, in the Rupestre Valley, a place that counts on exceptional soil and climate conditions. The grapes from this terroir yield this blend 60% Malbec, 30% Merlot and 10% Tannat. Classic vinification and twelve-month ageing in French oak result in this rich red wine, complex and elegant, suitable for special occasions. Best serve with red meat, wild game and cheese. Only 4000 bottles produced a year.
Bright pink rosè from the south of France, with delicate nose with hints of tangy red berries and subtle orange blossom. The palate is lively and fruity, with a remarkable balance. Good aromatic persistence ideal for a hot summer’s day.
A deep purple colour, it offers a rich and powerful aromatic intensity, notes of wild raspberry fruits, blackcurrants, peppery and slightly vanilla spices. The mouth is voluptuous and dense, fresh attack, the tannins are tight and silky, we find these notes of black fruits and spices, and a long finish on vanilla notes.
Pale gold colour, our viognier is rich and very aromatic. The nose suggests apricot and vine peach. A fresh, voluptuous and greedy mouth piece, its vivacity leads to a final of white flowers and lavender. An exceptional balance between richness and acidity.
