Vermouth Nizza DOCG – Amistà

£59.90

This deep garnet-red Vermouth offers a complex and refined aromatic profile. At first, delicate spiced notes emerge, followed by the balanced presence of red wine and botanical infusions. Fruity hints of bitter orange peel blend seamlessly with warm cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Floral accents of chamomile and red rose add elegance, while the finish reveals a pleasant bitterness of gentian and cinchona bark.

On the palate, it begins with a gentle sweetness, balanced by bright acidity and soft tannins. The precise amount of sugar enhances freshness, complementing the bitter nuances of Artemisia. The result is a harmonious and lingering finish, making this Vermouth an exceptional expression of the Nizza DOCG terroir.

Production Method

Amistà Vermouth is created through an infusion of herbs, spices, and Nizza DOCG grapes.
The process begins with a botanical infusion in alcohol, featuring Artemisia Absinthium (wormwood) as the dominant ingredient. Additional herbs like yarrow, chamomile, and sage enrich the profile, while spices such as cardamom, coriander, vanilla, angelica, and cinnamon add depth.

The alcohol infusion is then blended with cement-fermented wine, sugar, and additional alcohol, following strict Vermouth production regulations. Finally, specialised techniques ensure clarity and stability, preserving the integrity of the final product.
