Trento DOC Nature NV – Corvée
£18.80
The color is a delicate lemon yellow. The entry is well-balanced, enlivened by vibrant acidity and minerality. This initial impression evolves into an exceptionally precise and harmonious savoury finish, leaving the palate impeccably clean.
On the nose, fresh pineapple and citrus aromas intertwine with hints of aromatic herbs, all elegantly framed by a refined pastry-like sensation.
Aged on the lees for about six months in second-use 225 liter French oak barrels, this wine pairs beautifully with fish, aged cheeses, and creamy pasta dishes.

TRENTO DOC NATURE, WHY WE LOVE IT AND WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT TOO
Trento DOC, alongside Franciacorta, is one of the Italian regions that comes closest to Champagne in terms of quality and style. While many mistakenly compare it to Prosecco, this wine belongs in a different league entirely. Trento DOC Nature by Corvée stands up to the Champagne comparison with ease, showcasing the refined elegance of the Dolomites in every sip.
It’s a true expression of Italian craftsmanship and mountain winemaking at its finest.
Corvée
Corvée produces exceptional mountain wines in Val di Cembra, a region framed by the Dolomites and historic dry stone walls, both UNESCO World Heritage sites. This breathtaking area is home to 15 hectares of heroic vineyards, tended with care by generations of winemakers.
The steep terraces and rugged terrain demand hard work and innovation. Yet, Corvée remains dedicated to preserving the unique character of mountain-grown grapes. Their wines balance bold flavours with elegant refinement, showcasing the true essence of this land.
Additionally, the winery emphasises sustainable practices. This commitment enhances the vitality of the vineyards and ensures every bottle reflects its origins. In Val di Cembra, tradition meets innovation, resulting in wines that tell the story of their remarkable journey.
