Pale pink with fine and persistent bubbles. It is expressed with pleasant hints of wild strawberries, currants and fresh roses. The drink is easy and pleasant, with a lively freshness, supported by an elegant persistent. This sparkling rose goes well with mixed starters and cured meats. Excellent as an aperitif.

The land is hilly and the vines face south; the grapes obtained are produced with the rules of agriculture with low environmental impact, with a reduction in the use of chemical products and according to the organic criteria.
They reduce grape yields by limiting the use of fertilizers, perform short pruning and thinning out excess bunches.
The harvest takes place according to the level of ripeness, with several manual steps, the grapes are placed in small crates and immediately taken to the cellar located in the middle of the vineyards. The company has always vinified the grapes of the ancient indigenous Lacrima di Morro d’Alba vine which had risked disappearing and instead today represents an exceptional typicality of the Marche region. The production disciplinary of this DOC establishes that the vinification and bottling operations must take place within the authorized territory included in 6 small municipalities in the Province of Ancona.

Lacrima di Morro d’Alba
Lacrima di Morro d’Alba is one of the jewels of the Marche region winemaking, one of the most intriguing and mysterious wines in Italy. We will always call it by its full name, which also includes the “city” for the reason that it’s grown only in Morro d’Alba, an enchanting village nestled in the rolling hills of the province of Ancona between Senigallia and Jesi, the cradle of this grape variety.
The word Lacrima means “tear” and a possible origin for its curious name is that the berries have a tendancy to burst and thus appear to “shed tears”.
The wine’s floral bouquet recalls lavender, roses and violets, over heavier notes of stewed strawberries. No less impressive are the flavors, which are redolent of vanilla-tinged blueberry brioche with a hint of sweet spice. Although typically mid-bodied, dry and relatively tannic, the wine can also be produced in a sweet passito style but also as a fascinating sparkling wine.
