Nizza DOCG 2021, Why We Love It And Why You'll love it Too!

Nizza DOCG 2021 originates from Bricco di Nizza, one of the finest areas. Its journey begins with 12 months of aging, primarily in large casks, while a portion matures in tonneaux and barrique. To ensure the highest quality, it undergoes an additional 6-8 months of bottle aging, exceeding the appellation’s requirements.

This commitment to excellence and patience results in a wine that is both structured and refined. The balance between power and elegance makes it a standout expression of Nizza DOCG.

The structure and depth of Nizza DOCG make it an exceptional food wine. Its rich fruit and balanced tannins enhance dishes with bold flavours and succulent textures. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, roasted dishes, aged cheeses, and truffle-based specialties. However, its perfect match is lamb. Whether roasted, braised, or grilled, this wine’s vibrant acidity and deep complexity elevate the dish to another level.
An incredible wine, ready to impress with every sip.
