3|6|9 Veneto IGT, why we love it and why you'll love it too
The first time we tasted 3|6|9 Veneto IGT, we were struck by its freshness and easy drinkability. It’s a wine that truly reflects Nicola Biasi‘s signature style—bold, yet perfectly balanced. This wine is anything but conventional. On the nose, you’ll find a harmonious blend of peach, green apple, and delicate herbal notes that come together beautifully. In the mouth, it’s fresh and mineral, with a crisp finish that keeps you coming back for more. It’s a wine that defies expectations, a bold idea brought to life. We think you’ll love it as much as we do!
Cà da Roman
Cà Da Roman is the realisation of a dream that began in 2015 with the acquisition of the first plots of land and the historic Villa Apollonio, a 16th-century estate nestled between Romano d’Ezzelino and Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of the Venetian foothills.
In 2017, further acquisitions followed, including the 15th-century vernacular building, Ca’ da Roman, now home to their winery. This unique location offers the perfect environment for producing elegant, long-lasting wines with strong personality and a bright future. “Our commitment to biodiversity ensures that we protect and enhance the environment, allowing us to create wines that not only reflect the rich history of the land but also pave the way for an exceptional future.”
Piwi and Resistenti: A Revolution in Sustainable Winemaking
Ca’ da Roman was established as a “Piwi” winery and is one of the founding members of the Resistenti project. But what are Piwi wines, and what is the Resistenti project?
Piwi wines represent a groundbreaking approach to sustainable viticulture. Made from fungus-resistant grape varieties, these wines are produced with minimal environmental impact, significantly reducing the need for chemical treatments in the vineyard.
Led by award-winning winemaker Nicola Biasi, the “Resistenti” project brings together leading Italian wineries dedicated to sustainable viticulture, achieving qualitative excellence with tangible sustainability from vineyard to bottle.
