LACRIMA SPARKLING ROSE BOLLAROSA – LUIGI GIUSTI
Pale pink with fine and persistent bubbles. It is expressed with pleasant hints of wild strawberries, currants and fresh roses. The drink is easy and pleasant, with a lively freshness, supported by an elegant persistent. This sparkling rose goes well with mixed starters and cured meats. Excellent as an aperitif.
ROSÈ O 2020 – LE GRANDS DOMAINES
When you think of Rose wine you think of France. Fresh red berries aromas of raspberries, red currants and a floral character. Dry and crisp on the palate with a good structure and well balanced acidity.
SANGIOVESE COSTA DI ROSE 2021 – UMBERTO CESARI
Looks like a Provence wine but is not. Emilia Romagna is the region, Umberto Cesari the winemaker, Costa di Rose is this beautiful wine.
Costa di Rose is Sangiovese 100% from a Clayey soil vineyard in the centre of the Italy. After a soft press of the grapes the must goes into the stainless steel tanks for fermentation. When the fermentation is finished the wine will be kept for 6 month in stainless steel thanks.
The result is an harmonious, unique and elegant wine with an intense hint of red fruit.
Ideal as aperitif but perfect with fish based dishes.
