Pinot Grigio DOC Lēvigo, Why We Love It and Why You'll Love It Too
Picture this: a sunny afternoon in the rolling vineyards of Veneto. The air is crisp, and the vines are heavy with clusters of Pinot Grigio grapes. A winemaker walks through the rows, carefully inspecting each vine to ensure only the ripest, most perfect bunches are selected. This is where the magic of Pinot Grigio DOC Lēvigo begins—a land rich in history, tradition, and passion.
With delicate floral notes and fruity hints of apple and pear, it’s like tasting the soul of Veneto. In addition, its true beauty lies in its versatility. Whether paired with a creamy asparagus risotto, an aperitivo, or your favorite vegetarian dishes, it enhances every meal effortlessly.
This is the kind of wine you’ll remember long after the last glass is poured. Affordable yet luxurious, it’s proof that great things often come from life’s simplest pleasures.
Take a moment, pour a glass, and let it transport you. One sip, and you’ll understand why we love it and why you will too.
Tenuta San Giorgio
“Our estate has a family history rooted in authentic values and deep traditions. Since 1971, the passion for fine wine and the land has been passed down from one generation to the next.
At the heart of Tenuta San Giorgio lies a profound sense of family, sharing, and respect. These values sustain a historic winery that honours tradition while embracing the innovative spirit of the new generations.
The story of our estate began in 1971 when Sergio Tombacco, driven by a passion inherited from his father Lodovico, founded Tenuta San Giorgio. He chose the beautiful and fertile lands of the Piave, acquiring vineyards that had flourished there for over a century.
Over 50 years, three generations have shaped our journey. Sergio was succeeded by his sons Giorgio, Valerio, and Marco, who introduced important innovations to the estate. They, in turn, involved their own children in the business, creating the team we have today.”
In 2004, the estate achieved a significant milestone: its first gold medal at Vinitaly. This recognition celebrated the quality of products crafted with a love for the land, a passion for authentic flavours, and a commitment to family values.
