£13.90
A white wine with an impressive aromatic profile and a dry, velvety taste.
This refined wine reveals scents of sage, elderflower, grapefruit, and exotic fruit. On the palate, it opens up with pleasant citrus and herbal notes. Elegant and sophisticated, it shows its best characteristics in its youth and pairs perfectly with fish dishes, like polenta with cod, asparagus risotto, or, if you’re feeling adventurous, Mexican tapas.

Sauvignon IGT Focaia, Why We Love It and Why You'll Love It Too
The same can be said for Sauvignon IGT Focaia as for its red cousin, Merlot DOC Enigma. Can you ever go wrong with this wine? The answer is a resounding no!
Sauvignon may appeal to a more specific palate than Merlot, but let’s be honest, when a wine is great, it’s great. This Sauvignon delivers excellence with every sip. Its vibrant freshness and aromatic complexity make it a standout choice for any occasion.
It also boasts an exceptional quality-to-price ratio, earning it a solid 10/10. Whether you’re a dedicated Sauvignon lover or new to this varietal, it’s a must-try. Its versatility pairs beautifully with light dishes, fresh salads, or simply enjoyed on its own. One sip will undoubtedly win you over!
Tenuta San Giorgio
“Our estate has a family history rooted in authentic values and deep traditions. Since 1971, the passion for fine wine and the land has been passed down from one generation to the next.
At the heart of Tenuta San Giorgio lies a profound sense of family, sharing, and respect. These values sustain a historic winery that honours tradition while embracing the innovative spirit of the new generations.
The story of our estate began in 1971 when Sergio Tombacco, driven by a passion inherited from his father Lodovico, founded Tenuta San Giorgio. He chose the beautiful and fertile lands of the Piave, acquiring vineyards that had flourished there for over a century.
Over 50 years, three generations have shaped our journey. Sergio was succeeded by his sons Giorgio, Valerio, and Marco, who introduced important innovations to the estate. They, in turn, involved their own children in the business, creating the team we have today.”
In 2004, the estate achieved a significant milestone: its first gold medal at Vinitaly. This recognition celebrated the quality of products crafted with a love for the land, a passion for authentic flavours, and a commitment to family values.
