Intense, complex, and persistent bouquet, typical of Zibibbo. Pleasant notes of jasmine, accompanied by hints of exotic fruits and Mediterranean herbs.
Dry, fresh, and soft on the palate, with delightful aromatic notes. Balanced acidity that makes it persistent and long on the finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with seafood starters and dishes based on fish, mollusks, and crustaceans. It also pairs very well with medium-aged fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables.

In 1997, in Marsala, Sicily, three families of winemakers decided to take over the brand “Cantine Vinci” and embark on a new adventure. They became the architects of transforming their grapes into wines of constant and undisputed quality. Transitioning from simple cultivators to winemakers was not easy, but the experience passed down from father to son through several generations helped them understand which clusters yielded the best quality wine and the most suitable times for grape harvesting. Producing exceptional grapes became the cornerstone from which they aimed to create wines of exquisite quality.
Over time, their expertise, willingness to learn, and dedication to producing great wines were recognised and rewarded. Today, Cantine Vinci can boast significant awards for their wine production, which, once tasted, are rarely forgotten.
Zibibbo
Zibibbo wine, also known as Moscato di Alessandria, is an aromatic wine primarily produced in Sicily, Italy. It is one of the oldest grape varieties in the region, with roots tracing back to ancient Egypt. The name “Zibibbo” comes from the Arabic term “zabib,” meaning “raisin,” owing to the grape’s inherent sweetness and rich flavours.
This wine is characterised by its intense aromas, offering floral and fruity notes such as jasmine, orange blossom, honey, apricots, peaches, and other exotic fruits. Zibibbo is often made into sweet or slightly sweet wines due to its natural sugar content. It is also used in the production of dessert wines, where the grapes are dried before fermentation to intensify flavours and sugars.
The primary production areas for Zibibbo are the western parts of Sicily, particularly the provinces of Trapani and Marsala. These regions provide an ideal terroir for cultivating the grape and producing high-quality wines.
Zibibbo wine is versatile, available in various styles, including dry, sweet, and sparkling. Its sweetness and intense aromas make it a great pairing with fruit-based desserts, pastries, sweets, and aged cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a delightful dessert wine.
With its unique characteristics and distinctive aromatic profile, Zibibbo wine has gained international popularity. Its millennia-long history and ability to adapt to different winemaking techniques make it an intriguing choice for wine enthusiasts seeking diverse sensory experiences.
